Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Last Revised: February 2026.

Happyrosterrankt Technologies Ltd. ("Happyrosterrankt", "we", "us", or "our") operates the enterprise AI systems architectural platform located at happyrosterrankt.xyz. We are committed to upholding stringent standards of information privacy, data protection, and operational security across all user interactions, prospective enterprise consultations, and technical documentation visits.

1. Scope and Categories of Data Collected

We gather only the minimum volume of information necessary to deliver technical specifications, maintain secure web infrastructure, and respond to commercial enterprise inquiries. These categories comprise:

  • Direct Inquiry Submissions: When you submit our technical engagement form, we collect your full name, business email address, enterprise organization name, architectural deployment scope, and the free-text description of your intended AI agent implementation.
  • Technical Infrastructure Telemetry: Standard HTTP request logs, including your internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser user-agent string, referring URL, time of access, and pages visited on our domain.
  • Consent State Preferences: Local storage flags indicating your explicitly chosen cookie preferences (accept, reject, or custom configuration).

2. Data Processing and Agent Model Isolation

A critical architectural principle of Happyrosterrankt is complete isolation between prospective customer inquiries and underlying large language models. We do not use any personal information, customer organizational documentation, or proprietary business inquiries submitted through happyrosterrankt.xyz to train, fine-tune, or reinforce public foundational models operated by Microsoft or any third-party AI provider.

Any technical demonstrations or multi-agent evaluations conducted on behalf of enterprise clients are deployed inside private, customer-owned or single-tenant Azure virtual networks with Customer-Managed Keys (CMK) and data-at-rest encryption (FIPS 140-2 Level 2).

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

To maintain reliable, secure hosting and enterprise communications, we partner with verified enterprise service providers who act as data sub-processors under contractual Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

  • Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation): Cloud computing infrastructure, virtual networking, Azure AI Foundry services, and secure UK/EU data storage centers.
  • Cloudflare Inc.: Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation, global edge caching, and DNS resolution.
  • Internal Log Analyzers: Self-hosted diagnostic monitors running strictly within European Economic Area (EEA) and UK cloud boundaries.

4. Your Rights Under GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and CCPA/CPRA

Depending on your geographic location, you possess statutory legal rights concerning your personal information:

  • Right of Access: You may request a verified machine-readable copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete corporate records.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request that we delete your personal contact details from our records, subject to ongoing statutory retention duties.
  • Right to Restriction and Objection: You may object to specific processing workflows or request restrictions on data manipulation.
  • Non-Discrimination: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you will never receive discriminatory pricing or diminished service quality for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal data for monetary or cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention and Destruction

Direct inquiry records collected via our contact form are retained in secure, encrypted storage for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of last recorded communication, after which they are programmatically scrubbed or anonymized. Server diagnostic access logs are automatically rotated and deleted after ninety (90) calendar days.

6. Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Institutional Contact

If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise your statutory privacy rights, or need to log a formal data inquiry, you may contact our designated Data Protection Officer:
